This role is pivotal in ensuring the availability, performance, security, and stability of InterSystems EHR solutions, with a primary focus on supporting US customers while extending global assistance as necessary.
This position encompasses on-premises, cloud, and managed service environments, working intimately with InterSystems products such as TrakCare, HealthShare, Personal Community, and IRIS. You will be instrumental in implementation, production support, architecture, and operational readiness, collaborating closely with internal teams, customers, and partners.
Your responsibilities will include taking ownership of complex systems, leading incident response and troubleshooting efforts, and fostering automation, standards compliance, and continuous service enhancement.
