The Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant who specializes in recruiting senior-level technical roles. You will oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for various clients within Breakmark's portfolio. Collaborating closely with founders, hiring managers, and our leadership team, you will ensure a premium candidate experience and assist clients in rapidly assembling high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end recruitment for diverse client roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify roles, recruitment processes, and ideal candidate profiles.
Identify, screen, and engage exceptional global talent through innovative and data-driven strategies.
Develop and manage talent pipelines utilizing contemporary ATS tools.
Work together with fellow Breakmark consultants to exchange insights and best practices.
Desired Qualifications
A minimum of 6 years' experience in recruiting senior-level technical and non-technical positions (either in-house or agency).
Demonstrated success in talent acquisition for startups or rapidly growing tech companies, with a comprehensive understanding of the technology landscape (engineering, data, product).
Exceptional sourcing and communication abilities, with a global reach.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish is advantageous.
Capable of managing multiple clients across various geographies and time zones with diverse needs.
Highly organized, proactive, and adept at managing several projects and clients concurrently.
