About the role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be the first touchpoint for candidates in our organization, playing a pivotal role in shaping their impression of us. You will be the sole contact for candidates, ensuring they feel valued and informed throughout the hiring process. Your expertise will not only help candidates secure their next career move but also assist hiring managers in finding their ideal team members.

Your contributions will include:
Proactively identifying and sourcing candidates, both active and passive, for current and anticipated openings.
Collaborating with hiring managers to brainstorm strategies, utilize resources, and share insights that enhance our high-volume, high-quality recruitment process under tight deadlines.
Exploring innovative tools and channels to diversify our sourcing strategy.
Maintaining close communication with hiring managers to schedule and follow up on candidate selections, optimizing the efficiency of the recruitment process.
Tracking and reporting on key metrics to measure and forecast staffing activities.
Analyzing data, such as the time it takes to fill positions and the effectiveness of different sourcing methods, to improve recruitment outcomes.
Enhancing employee referral programs by engaging current employees and actively following up on their referrals.
