Commercial Talent Acquisition
- Oversee the complete recruitment process for commercial positions, which encompass Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Partnerships, Commercial Operations, and Marketing.
- Collaborate closely with commercial leadership to ascertain hiring needs, performance expectations, and strategic workforce planning.
- Convert business requirements into impactful recruitment strategies.
End-to-End Hiring Ownership
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle: from job scoping and sourcing to screening, interviewing, offer management, and seamless onboarding.
- Create structured interview processes concentrating on commercial competencies, sales effectiveness, negotiation skills, and cultural fit.
- Ensure a robust and consistent candidate experience throughout.
Sourcing & Talent Mapping
- Proactively identify and source senior and specialized commercial professionals via LinkedIn, referrals, direct headhunting, and talent mapping.
- Establish and sustain a pipeline of top-tier commercial talent for both current and future openings.
- Conduct market analyses to gauge talent availability and competitor hiring practices.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Serve as a trusted recruitment advisor to Sales and Commercial leaders.
- Offer data-driven insights regarding hiring timelines, market conditions, and candidate profiles.
- Influence hiring decisions while ensuring quality and efficiency.
Recruitment Analytics & Process Enhancement
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.
- Continuously refine recruitment processes to enhance scalability and efficiency.
- Ensure accurate recruitment data management within Workable (ATS).
