Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement evaluation processes (goal setting, continuous feedback, multi-source feedback) for employees across headquarters (Korea) and international branches, excluding executives.
- Develop and manage performance management strategies linked to job roles and levels.
- Oversee the Job Level Promotion Program.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources.
- At least 2 years of experience in evaluation and performance management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in operating evaluation processes utilizing the Workday system.
- Experience in planning and executing evaluation processes under the Global One Policy as a HQ representative.
- Experience in both mid-sized and large enterprises with over 1,000 employees, as well as startups with fewer than 300 employees.
- Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written, at a level sufficient for effective interpersonal communication.
