Role Overview
As a Senior Talent Management Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting people operations and employee relations within Kenya. Your role will ensure the consistent application of policies, processes, and employment practices. Collaborating closely with the broader Global Talent and Finance Teams, you will manage cases objectively, provide operational HR support, and uphold compliance, partnering with the Head of Talent for escalated and complex issues. This position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth while contributing to a purpose-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations Management
Oversee employee relations matters, including:
- Handling disciplinary cases
- Conducting investigations
- Implementing performance improvement plans
- Addressing behavioral and conduct issues
- Ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant resolution of cases.
Manager Support
Provide guidance to managers on:
- Employee relations processes
- Performance management procedures
- Policy interpretation
- Addressing employee concerns
Talent Lifecycle Coordination
Support operational aspects of the employee lifecycle, including:
- Onboarding processes
- Performance management
- Offboarding procedures
- Benefits administration support.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain accurate HR case documentation
- Ensure adherence to Kenya labor regulations and internal policies
- Support audits and reporting requirements.
