Your Role
As a Senior Talent Partner, you will serve as a strategic architect of our talent acquisition efforts, enabling our business to scale efficiently. Your primary objective is to enhance the caliber of every hire, integrating talent intelligence into our hiring processes to build high-performing, talent-rich teams. This is a hands-on, individual contributor position where your contributions will be pivotal to our growth.
Key Responsibilities
You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for our Engineering and Product teams in Lithuania and London, overseeing each phase from role intake to successful hiring.
- Collaborate strategically with hiring managers to clearly define roles, design processes, and influence hiring decisions.
- Identify and engage high-quality passive candidates, prioritizing critical roles to ensure exceptional hires.
- Conduct a structured and high-standard interview process that reflects our company values and offers an outstanding candidate experience.
- Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics—such as pipeline health, pass-through rates, and quality of hire—leveraging data to refine your strategies.
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives that continually enhance our hiring practices and bolster our employer brand.
