Your Responsibilities
Oversee the complete hiring process for North America (GTM), from defining roles and calibrating expectations to extending offers and closing candidates.
Collaborate closely with GTM leadership (Sales, Partnerships & Marketing) on hiring strategies, organizational design, and headcount planning, ensuring a clear understanding of what excellence entails prior to initiating recruitment.
Champion a high-bar, focused hiring approach, where quality and fit take precedence over quantity.
Develop and implement strategic sourcing methods, emphasizing well-researched and high-impact outreach.
Provide valuable market insights across the US and Canada, encompassing talent availability, compensation trends, and competitive dynamics to inform hiring strategies.
Design and facilitate structured, standardized interview processes that yield consistent and clear candidate signals.
Ensure a remarkable candidate experience, characterized by an efficient and well-organized hiring process.
