We are actively searching for a Senior Tax Manager to enhance our Finance department. This pivotal role reports directly to the Director of Tax, and we are looking for a driven individual with exceptional organizational capabilities and an acute attention to detail. The role encompasses a diverse range of tax responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing the company's global tax function, providing strategic direction to the Tax team.
- Overseeing and coordinating global tax processes, including compliance filings, quarterly tax provisions for financial statements, transfer pricing management, and international reporting obligations.
- Reviewing and supervising global sales tax filings, reconciliations, and payments.
- Delivering internal tax advisory support to various business units and functional areas throughout the organization.
- Managing tax audits and liaising with government authorities effectively.
- Leveraging relationships with external tax advisors for optimal efficiency.
- Collaborating closely with the Legal and M&A teams to provide insights on transactions, assist with post-acquisition integrations, and evaluate corporate structure considerations.
- Supplying the FP&A team with relevant tax and government grant inputs for reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Monitoring and reporting on existing and proposed tax legislation that may impact the company's operations.
