About the Role
As a Senior Technical Account Manager I, you will play a vital role as an individual contributor, driving technical success for a diverse portfolio of mid-to-large customers. You will work independently on most accounts while closely collaborating with Customer Success Managers to ensure successful adoption, seamless integrations, and ongoing technical health.
The ideal candidate will be a proficient technical expert capable of managing customer relationships, resolving complex issues, and effectively communicating with both technical and business stakeholders, all while continuously enhancing their platform and domain expertise.
