Qualifications
YOUR QUALIFICATIONSA university degree in building services engineering, facility management, or an equivalent qualification, such as completed technical vocational training combined with several years of experience in technical property management.2-3 years of relevant experience in project management or planning within the MEP domain, technical evaluations, or technical property/asset management.Proficiency in assessing construction and renovation costs along with conducting condition assessments.Extensive knowledge in at least one MEP discipline, along with a collaborative spirit to engage with a multidisciplinary team.Thorough understanding of standards, guidelines, and innovative trends in the MEP sector.Strong analytical thinking coupled with effective communication skills and a professional demeanor.Willingness to travel within Sweden.Fluency in Swedish and English.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage in the evaluation of property transactions and project developments across various asset classes (MEP specialization) within Technical Due Diligence, including document analysis, property inspections, technical evaluations (cost assessments & compliance with building codes and regulations), and report generation.
- Conduct condition assessments of specialties such as heating, ventilation, sanitation, air conditioning/refrigeration, elevator systems, electrical installations, BMS/BAS, and fire protection systems.
- Participate in quality control processes (costs and reports – MEP specialization) and monitor projects for both new and existing buildings.
- Collaborate with a diverse team to develop feasibility studies.
