ABOUT THE TEAM
Anduril’s Tactical Recon & Strike (TRS) division focuses on two primary missions: developing highly capable autonomous drones and manufacturing solid rocket motors at scale. We advance products like Ghost, Anvil, Bolt, and Altius from initial concepts to fully operational capabilities by working closely with specialized engineering, operations, and production teams. Our Anduril Rocket Motor Systems (RMS) team designs and produces solid rocket motors utilizing advanced materials and proprietary formulations to deliver safe, reliable propulsion systems that meet diverse mission requirements. TRS employs both software and hardware engineers eager to contribute to a powerful portfolio, ranging from autonomous aerial systems to high-performance solid rocket motors. Our teams play a crucial role in creating robust autonomous robotics systems and propulsion products designed to operate reliably in the most demanding environments.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Lead Manager, Electrical Engineering, to join our rapidly growing Atlanta team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the complete development of embedded control electronic systems and subsystems for UAVs and related equipment. You will lead a team of engineers while establishing robust design, integration, testing, and validation processes. Your expertise in PCB design, subsystem integration, process management, and vendor coordination will be essential. If you have experience leading teams in the rapid development of embedded control electronics, this position is ideal for you.
