About the job
The Compliance & Certifications team at Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to take on the pivotal role of Certifications Lead within a multifaceted, cross-functional compliance landscape. This position entails spearheading certification preparedness and execution aligned with global cybersecurity and safety standards.
This role is essential for the implementation and operationalization of compliance for broad standards that affect all device programs, regardless of market or product family. Unlike typical product-level certifications, frameworks such as the FCC Cyber Trust Mark (NIST IR 8425) and ETSI EN 303 645 and EN 18031 impose comprehensive requirements throughout the complete product lifecycle—including architecture, design, software development lifecycle, post-market monitoring, and governance.
The ideal candidate will act as the primary execution lead, ensuring that technical teams are applying the necessary controls, lifecycle documentation, and audit deliverables to meet compliance deadlines and successfully navigate third-party evaluations.
