The Lattice Foundation team is actively looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the development and execution of our core developer platform, which enables our internal business lines to innovate and produce advanced defense solutions. This role will play a critical part in enhancing productivity, reliability, and scalability by supporting teams in creating robust internal tools and platform abstractions. The TPM will collaborate closely with technical leaders to ensure seamless design, development, and deployment of our tech infrastructure, tackling challenges ranging from compute technologies to high-performance networking and scalable cloud solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in software engineering, cloud computing, and program management, preferably with experience in the defense or aerospace sectors. This position is vital to advancing Anduril’s mission of delivering groundbreaking autonomous capabilities through virtual environments.
