As a Senior Technical Recruiter at New Rich Network, you will:
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from gathering requirements from managers to screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Engage and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other effective sourcing techniques.
- Facilitate coordination among all stakeholders involved in the hiring process (managers, technical experts, etc.).
- Guide the evaluation of candidates and provide insightful recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Work closely with the Culture and Talent team to uphold the quality of candidate and employee experiences.
- Contribute to the development and promotion of the employer brand alongside the marketing team.
- Stay updated on best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment processes and tools.
- Perform any additional related tasks as necessary.
