This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States. We welcome team members residing in states including Texas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Tennessee, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Washington.

THE ROLE
We seek a passionate Senior Technical Recruiter who excels at identifying top-tier talent within the dynamic fintech and custom software sectors. You will manage the entire recruiting process for technical and consulting roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and coordinating onboarding.This role is designed for high impact and autonomy, contributing to our competitive advantage through the quality of our team. You will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, embody our CAN/DO culture, and champion an unparalleled candidate experience, shaping the future of Praxent.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and consulting positions, including software engineers, UX/UI designers, and Delivery Leads (product managers and fintech consultants).
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to develop engaging job descriptions, define candidate profiles, and establish evaluation criteria.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and innovative outreach methods to attract both passive and active candidates.
- Conduct structured screening interviews to assess technical skills and alignment with Praxent's core CAN/DO values.
- Oversee and coordinate the WHO interview process, ensuring consistency and quality through our rigorous biographical interview framework.
- Manage high-volume, multi-stage candidate pipelines with precision, keeping both candidates and hiring managers informed throughout.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for frequent roles, ensuring a steady flow of potential candidates.
