Your Role
As the inaugural Senior Technical Recruiter based in our Toronto office, you will be instrumental in shaping the teams that will define our future products. Collaborating closely with our Head of Engineering and hiring managers, you will build a top-tier Engineering organization. You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to closing—crafting strategies to attract elite talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
We seek a proactive self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment, moves swiftly, and is committed to delivering excellence. You will oversee multiple high-priority searches, ranging from high-volume positions to specialized senior-level roles across the spectrum of Software Development—including backend, frontend, and full-stack positions—while aiding in the creation of scalable recruitment processes that align with Zip’s growth trajectory.
