ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Technical Sourcer to enhance our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will take the initiative to discover, connect with, and cultivate relationships with top-tier technical talent, contributing to our dynamic and innovative workplace. Collaborating closely with fellow sourcers and recruiters, you will create pipelines for essential technical positions, playing a vital role in driving our organization's ongoing success and growth.
This position is a 6-month contract. Available locations: Costa Mesa, CA; Seattle, WA; Boston, MA.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Talent Sourcing: Employ advanced sourcing methodologies, market analysis, and social media platforms to identify both passive and active technical candidates.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Foster and develop meaningful connections with potential candidates through personalized messaging and communication.
- Pipeline Building: Establish and manage strong candidate pipelines for various technical roles, ensuring a consistent influx of high-quality talent.
- Collaborative Partnership: Work alongside hiring managers and recruiters to fully understand technical role requirements and align sourcing strategies with overall recruitment objectives.
- Process Enhancement: Review sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and enhance sourcing strategies and workflows.
