We are seeking a Senior Trust Review Operations Analyst to play a vital role in maintaining LinkedIn as a professional and secure platform.
In this capacity, you will conduct thorough reviews of both content and entities on LinkedIn’s platform, demonstrating expertise in identifying abuse by inauthentic accounts and applying policies across various content sources. You will focus on expert-level account and content labeling, enhancing operational excellence, and contributing to special projects aimed at advancing our business. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will innovate and define processes and policies to mitigate account and content abuse, scams, and violations of our terms of service, thereby ensuring the integrity of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a weekend shift analyst supporting Content and Account Site Enforcement, including escalation triage and protocols (mandatory Saturday and Sunday work schedule).
- Independently resolve cases within defined parameters, escalating complex or high-risk scenarios as needed.
- Triage and prioritize tasks based on urgency, risk, and impact.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including Policy, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Customer Support, while contributing insights for process and tooling enhancements.
- Develop and maintain expertise in content and account issues, escalation reviews, and trends, sharing knowledge proactively with leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities within Site Enforcement, raising gaps and supporting changes to uphold quality in a dynamic enforcement context.
- Spend at least 60% of your time working within escalations and site enforcement review queues.
- Assist in investigating metric variations and trends, contributing to root cause analyses on complex issues, and presenting findings to inform operational discussions.
