Qualifications
Required Qualifications:A Master's degree in Urban Design or Urban Planning, or at least 6 years of relevant work experience; a background in architecture is preferred.Applicants with a Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning and a Master's degree related to architecture (or architecture and urban design) with 5-6 years of relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.Skills Required:Proficient in drawing and familiar with software such as SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD, and PowerPoint.Ability to develop spatial planning and project experience covering master planning and feasibility assessments.A strong willingness to engage in urban development work related to master planning and urban design.Ability to learn and apply GIS and CityEngine.Fluency in Mandarin is required; good English proficiency is a plus.*Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Project Urban Designer.**Applicants must submit a resume and a portfolio, including a cloud link or files under 10MB.

- Present design results to clients and assist in the preparation of project proposals and documentation.
- Utilize AI tools in the future to enhance work efficiency.
