As a Senior User Researcher with the China Studio Insights team, you will report directly to the head of the team. You will play a crucial role in conducting strategic research, collaborating with leaders on both new and existing game projects. Your analyses will shape the direction, user experience, systems, and features of upcoming titles. You will also help develop the vision for playtesting methodologies that inform our game design process. Your expertise in user research combined with a deep understanding of player insights will enable us to create games that truly resonate with our audience.
In this position, you will collaborate with various teams within the China Studio to facilitate playtests and audience research across multiple products, focusing particularly on early-stage game development. Your background in research, knowledge of the market, and familiarity with game design will be critical to the success of our projects. You will be skilled at designing research initiatives that guide game direction from inception through to post-launch evaluation.
