We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join a prominent banking group, tasked with the comprehensive redesign of a crucial internal application.
The product is being developed from the ground up, adhering to stringent standards for architecture, quality, accessibility, and security.
You will become a vital part of a Product team organized in Agile Scrum, which includes a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analysts, a Tech Lead, and developers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Understanding Requirements & Business Needs
- Quickly assimilate a complex functional scope (sensitive data management/internal banking processes).
- Leverage documentation, Business Analysts, and business teams to grasp existing use cases.
2. UX/UI Design
- Create mockups and prototypes using Figma, while following an established design framework.
- Develop interfaces that comply with accessibility standards (WCAG), UX best practices, and product consistency.
- Adapt and enhance an existing design system.
- Propose multiple UX/UI solutions as needed and rationalize your choices.
3. Agile Team Collaboration
- Actively participate in rituals: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming sessions, and sprint reviews.
- Engage in short iterations, incorporating feedback from technical and business teams.
4. Product Quality Assurance
- Conduct screen reviews to ensure conformity with Figma mockups.
