As a Senior UX Designer at Higharc, you will play a pivotal role in creating user-centric experiences that demystify the complexities of home design, making it more accessible and efficient.
Your Responsibilities
Collaborate with a diverse team of engineers, architects, and visualization experts to develop tools that meet the needs of builders, buyers, and all stakeholders in the home-building process. Your contributions will significantly impact the future landscape of the homebuilding sector. Key responsibilities include:
Design Comprehensive User Experiences: Spearhead the UX and UI design for web-based applications across the Higharc platform.
Simplify Complex Workflows: Transform intricate processes into intuitive, user-friendly designs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to ensure a seamless product vision. Engage with homebuilders, suppliers, contractors, and buyers to gather insights on their challenges.
Manage the Design Process: Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals to communicate design strategies effectively.
Influence Product Direction: Provide a strong, user-centered perspective to guide product decisions.
Data-Driven Validation: Utilize qualitative and quantitative user feedback to refine designs.
Develop Design Systems: Actively contribute to and enhance our design system for consistency and scalability.
Your Profile
You are a product-focused designer passionate about crafting user-centered solutions and eager to make a significant impact in a traditional industry. We are looking for candidates who possess:
7+ years of experience in designing web-based software solutions.
A strong portfolio that showcases your design process and outcomes.
Expertise in UX research methodologies and usability testing.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
