The Team:
The Celonis Value Engineering (VE) team is dedicated to managing the complete customer value lifecycle, from initial sales to value realization, renewal, and expansion. As a Senior Value Engineer in India, your main role will involve supporting our Global Competency Centers (GCCs) during the Adopt and Expand phases of our customer value journey. You will be integral to the Global VE Center of Excellence, leading our mission of data-driven business transformation alongside our clients.
You will merge profound process and industry knowledge with a robust consulting skill set and strong analytical capabilities, positioning you at the forefront of one of the fastest-growing technology firms globally.
The Role:
- Engage with GCC customers in India to identify their key business challenges and explore how Celonis can assist them in achieving their strategic objectives.
- Extend support to other regions, including APAC, to establish and nurture foundational accounts.
- Forge strong relationships with our customers, earning their trust through your technical expertise and business insight, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate and share customer insights and feedback with internal Product and Engineering teams to drive product innovation.
- Develop reusable collateral, best practices, and tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence and disseminate them back to the regional Value Engineering team.
- Conduct ROI analysis and construct business cases to quantify the potential benefits of implementing Celonis solutions.
