Participating in teleconferences and technical meetings to review, educate, and support program objectives.
Performing configurations, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting in accordance with existing engineering documentation.
Recording configuration change requests through the established change control board.
Processing storage requests, migrations, and decommissioning tasks.
Monitoring failed system components and coordinating logistics, vendor support, and site assistance as needed.
