About the Role
As the Senior Vice President of Performance Creative, you will spearhead a dynamic team of 35+ professionals specializing in creative production, animation, design, and commerce content. This team has garnered prestigious awards from The Drum, Digiday, and Meta for their exceptional work. If you have experience leading influencer campaigns and UGC-style advertising for performance advertisers, that's a bonus! This pivotal leadership role within Monks' Performance Media division will see you reporting to the EVP of Digital Media for the Mid-Market Performance team. You will collaborate closely with other senior leaders, including the SVP of Digital Strategy and media channel heads, to enhance the creative impact for our most significant and innovative clients. Your responsibilities will include ensuring creative excellence, nurturing executive client relationships, providing comprehensive creative leadership, and furthering Monks' reputation as a trailblazer in performance-driven content and storytelling.
