Acumatica is seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President of Partner Strategy and Programs to lead our Global Acumatica Partner Ecosystem. This critical executive role entails developing and executing a comprehensive partner strategy, driving key initiatives, and fostering the growth of our partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will adeptly represent our partner strategy to external stakeholders while effectively steering internal processes across cross-functional teams to enhance Acumatica’s indirect partner capabilities.
This position reports directly to our President and Chief Operating Officer and can be performed remotely within the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Strategy & Ecosystem Leadership
Formulate a global channel strategy that aligns with Acumatica’s growth targets and vision as a leader in cloud ERP.
Enhance and expand Acumatica’s channel ecosystem, engaging with VARs, ISVs, OEM partners, and services partners.
Develop a premier partner engagement model focused on optimizing time to productivity and delivering long-term value.
Transition Acumatica’s approach from transactional partner recruitment to building impactful strategic alliances.
2. Revenue & Sales Leadership Through the Channel
Drive revenue growth solely through the partner ecosystem.
Collaborate with regional sales leaders to harmonize immediate pipeline acceleration with sustainable long-term channel objectives.
Design motivational programs for all partner types while maintaining pricing integrity, competitive differentiation, and partner equity.
Build and manage a robust solution architecture capacity, enabling partners to propose and develop solutions that enhance our overall win rates.
3. Partner Program Development & Enablement
Lead the advancement of Acumatica’s award-winning Partner Program.
Fortify global recruitment, onboarding, certification pathways, and partner engagement frameworks.
Ensure that new partners achieve full productivity swiftly, tracking measurable progress in revenue, pipeline velocity, and customer success.
4. Product & Solution Alignment
Collaborate with product leadership to ensure product strategies align with partner needs, industry specializations, and competitive trends.
Encourage partner involvement in feedback loops for roadmap and solution innovation.
