The Role
We are on the lookout for a Senior Visual Designer II to spearhead impactful digital campaigns and enhance the visual quality across our web products and marketing channels. This senior-level, individual contributor role comes with mentorship responsibilities, making a genuine desire to help others grow especially valuable. You will take ownership of complex design initiatives while guiding and uplifting mid-level and junior designers through constructive critique, direction, and example.
In this role, you will collaborate across digital campaigns, product surfaces, and social channels, partnering closely with Product, Motion, and Engineering teams to create scalable, high-quality visual systems.

You Will
Digital Campaigns & Marketing
- Lead visual direction for integrated digital campaigns (web, social, advertising)
- Develop scalable creative systems and adaptable campaign toolkits
- Transform strategic objectives into compelling, conversion-focused visual concepts
Web & Product Surfaces
- Create hero art, modules, promotional materials, and illustrations tailored to the product experience
- Collaborate with Product Design on states, specifications, and UX alignment
- Ensure visual consistency throughout user journeys and feature launches
Mentorship & Creative Oversight
- Guide and develop mid-level and junior designers through structured, constructive feedback
- Assess work for craftsmanship, brand consistency, and scalability
- Elevate the team’s visual standards and contribute to evolving best practices
- Exemplify strong presentation skills and articulate creative rationale
End-to-end Execution
- Oversee projects from brief through concept, execution, and delivery
- Present multiple design directions with clear strategic reasoning
Deliver production-ready, optimized files adhering to strong organizational standards.
