Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a Workday administrator, with robust knowledge of core HCM modules (experience with additional modules such as Recruiting, Absence, or Performance is a plus).
In-depth expertise in HR operations, compliance, and payroll processes.
A passion for creating and maintaining insightful Workday reports and dashboards.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into accessible guidance for users.
High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and a process-driven mindset.
