The Work:
Understand and manage data integrations between point-to-point systems and comprehensive interchange services, ensuring high data quality and reliable digital information exchanges.
Analyze, evaluate, and resolve complex business challenges associated with integrating Workday cloud applications with various external systems across Human Capital Management and Financial domains.
Design, develop, and oversee the testing of the Workday integration codebase, including Studio, EIB, and related third-party coding.
Engage with clients and third-party vendors to create technical solutions that align with business processes.
Adhere closely to the strategic direction provided by client leadership when defining Workday project objectives.
Collaborate effectively with client counterparts to achieve shared goals, including design and build initiatives.
Proactively identify and escalate risks, developing alternative technical and functional strategies as needed.
Exercise a degree of autonomy in decision-making, determining methods and procedures for new assignments.
