You are a detail-oriented and analytical Workforce Management (WFM) professional passionate about optimizing operational efficiency. With deep knowledge of WFM systems and industry best practices, you excel at forecasting demand, refining staffing models, and implementing data-driven strategies. You are dedicated to empowering high-performing customer-facing teams, leveraging data to enhance productivity and streamline processes. Your capability to distill complex data into actionable insights positions you as a vital partner in effectively scaling workforce operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
WFM Systems Management: Oversee and optimize the workforce management platform, ensuring precise data capture, robust reporting, and system dependability.
Forecasting and Planning: Design and enhance forecasting models to accurately predict workload demand across all departments.
