The BLITS 3.0 Program is integral to the mission of the 66th Air Base Group, focusing on securing information systems, maintaining mission assurance, and ensuring operational readiness. This role is critical in supporting enterprise cybersecurity operations by leading vulnerability management initiatives across mission systems and infrastructure essential to installation and enterprise operations.
Position Summary
Centuria is in search of a highly skilled Server Administrator to assume a pivotal role in overseeing cybersecurity vulnerability management operations for mission-critical networks and systems. As the senior technical lead, you will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, prioritizing, and mitigating cybersecurity vulnerabilities while ensuring adherence to relevant security policies and operational directives.
Become part of a dynamic team of server engineers dedicated to delivering innovative, enterprise-grade storage, backup, and server solutions for 66 ABG/SC Core Services clients. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a resilient, high-availability infrastructure while proactively optimizing, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with Air Force and DoD standards to keep mission-critical systems functioning at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve quality results in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Leverage your skills and experience, along with advanced tools and technologies, to install, configure, and troubleshoot server infrastructure, providing customer support for storage, backup, and server services.
- Apply hands-on experience in enterprise virtualized platforms, storage, backup, and server solutions, enhancing performance and flexibility within existing infrastructure in alignment with AF Server infrastructure policies and standards.
- Deliver a comprehensive range of services ensuring infrastructure compliance with applicable directives, publications, and guidelines set forth by external DoD agencies in both classified and unclassified environments.
- Collaborate effectively as part of the operational server infrastructure team supporting the 66 ABG/SC office (Base Communications Squadron) at Hanscom AFB, MA.
