About the job
Main Responsibilities:
- Dining Room Preparation: Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and ready to welcome guests. This includes checking table setups, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring that all necessary condiments and materials are available.
- Customer Seating: Greet and seat customers within 30 seconds of their arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Order Taking and Service: Take customer orders promptly and accurately, entering them into the Point of Sale System, and deliver food and beverages to tables efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a smooth workflow and assist each other as needed.
