Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Safely manage the flow of vehicles into and out of the Inspection Center for repairs, ensuring production and quality goals are consistently met or surpassed.
Achieve or exceed inventory production objectives on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Oversee daily operations of your assigned team; assess team strengths and weaknesses; identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate strategies.
Engage and coach your team, providing development opportunities and performance management; deliver constructive feedback and demonstrate required skills.
Foster a work environment that promotes positive communication, team cohesion, and alignment with Carvana’s core values.
Proactively communicate vital information to team members, ensuring clarity regarding expectations, performance metrics, and objectives.
Address and resolve conflicts among team members effectively.
Monitor adherence to systems, policies, and performance standards.
Review and approve identified mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory.
Lead a team of production associates, collaborating with the Inspection Center General Manager to determine whether to repair or reject inventory based on repair costs and overall vehicle quality.

The Service Advisor role is a pivotal front-line supervisory position, responsible for directly managing and nurturing a team of hourly associates within our Inspection Center to consistently meet production targets. Please note that this role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
