In the role of Service Coordinator, you will serve as a crucial liaison among our customers, dealerships, and service teams. Your main duties will involve managing customer service inquiries and requests originating from the German- and Czech-speaking markets. You will coordinate services, address issues, and ensure that each customer interaction exemplifies our commitment to superior service.
This is a hybrid position, allowing for 2 days in the office in Ghent and 3 days working remotely, giving you the flexibility to balance your professional and personal commitments while promoting teamwork and support within the office environment.
