Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of Employee Lifecycle services across the APAC region, addressing critical service issues and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and business objectives.
- Supervise Employee Lifecycle functions within the HR Shared Service Centre, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and adherence to relevant standards and legislation.
- Develop and implement standardized work procedures and best practices across various countries to enhance the efficiency of the shared service team, aiming for a 'Centre of Excellence' in HR service delivery.
- Oversee the shared service team, fostering a high-performance culture while ensuring governance over service operations, including budget management and performance reporting.
- Conduct audits of standards and processes to ensure compliance with HR practices in alignment with the legal requirements of different countries.
- Initiate continuous improvement efforts to streamline processes, including automation and resource management, while evaluating operational variances and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with SGS Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies while executing responsibilities.
