Context: The Operations team for Secure GPT is dedicated to ensuring the seamless and efficient functioning of our newly launched internal service that provides secure and compliant access to Generative AI solutions, utilizing chatGPT technology, specifically for AXA employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnosing and resolving service-related issues while proactively identifying and implementing process enhancements. Collaborate closely with the Secure GPT team to deliver outstanding customer service to internal clients.
Expected Deliverables:
- Oversee the Secure GPT service, promptly identifying and resolving any issues;
- Manage service incidents effectively, ensuring timely resolution and consistent communication with stakeholders;
- Spot opportunities for refining processes related to the Secure GPT service and facilitate the implementation of these enhancements (e.g., automation of observability: alerts, dashboards, queries, etc.);
- Serve as an escalation point for stakeholders in need of support related to Secure GPT;
- Assist the larger Secure GPT team in providing exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.
