As a Service & Frontoffice Specialist at Leolux, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and dealers, particularly in the French and/or German-speaking markets. Your role is crucial in ensuring that inquiries, requests, and service issues are addressed promptly and professionally, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience.
In this position, you will blend front office duties with service responsibilities. You will continuously interact with customers, dealers, and internal departments to ensure smooth processes. Your contributions are vital within the Experience Center, where you will engage daily with various international stakeholders.
