RequirementsExperience in dealership service management within the heavy equipment sector is highly preferred.A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role with demonstrable success in customer service and service operations.Exceptional problem-solving skills with an ability to address the needs of customers, employees, and OEM suppliers effectively.A self-motivated individual with a strong sense of urgency and focus on results.Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven track record in recruiting, training, and leading high-performing teams.Familiarity with Microsoft Office and dealer management systems.Knowledge of safety regulations pertaining to shop and job site operations.A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
