ARHS Group, a distinguished part of Accenture, is seeking a seasoned Service Owner – Load Testing to enrich our team based in Luxembourg. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead and enhance a corporate load testing service that supports extensive public IT systems, all while ensuring alignment with our enterprise performance, quality, and compliance objectives.
This role demands a combination of hands-on technical skills and coordination abilities, emphasizing service ownership, stakeholder engagement, and performance testing expertise.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive the strategic vision, roadmap, and continuous evolution of the corporate Load Testing service.
- Understand stakeholder requirements and translate these insights into actionable service enhancements and prioritized features.
- Engage collaboratively with architects, developers, system owners, and business stakeholders across divisions.
- Manage the entire service lifecycle, from design and planning to delivery and ongoing operational support.
- Assist customers in preparing and executing tailored load testing campaigns for their solutions.
- Evaluate test results and propose architectural or performance enhancements.
- Track service KPIs and initiate optimizations focused on scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Maintain service security and compliance in accordance with established standards and best practices.
- Regularly update and validate service documentation, including procedures, specifications, and user manuals.
- Stay informed about the latest load testing tools and methodologies, incorporating relevant industry best practices.
