Role: Service Recruiter (Midwest)
As we continue to grow, Ambient Enterprises seeks a dynamic recruiter to support our Service divisions throughout the Midwest. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in sourcing and attracting top-tier talent to fuel our rapid expansion across multiple subsidiaries in the region. Positions to be filled range from Service Technicians to Dispatchers and Service Managers. While these roles are crucial, there is potential to assist in other areas as our organization grows. This position is primarily remote, allowing you to collaborate closely with the local HR team and business leaders while reporting to the Director of Recruiting. Candidates should ideally reside in the Midwest and be willing to attend office visits or recruitment events as necessary. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles in our Service Division.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and local leadership to define job roles, streamline processes, and make informed hiring decisions based on data.
- Manage recruiting efforts for multiple subsidiaries across various states and regions.
- Engage with local HR and the broader Talent team for project collaboration, candidate searches, and system implementations.
- Craft a consistent and scalable candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
- Utilize a variety of recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and industry networking events to proactively source high-caliber candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive resume reviews and application screenings to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with our core values.
