Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated Services Coordinator Specialist to manage the daily operations of our subsidiaries. This pivotal role demands a focus on ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), optimizing Profitability (P&L), and adhering to high-quality standards. You will work collaboratively with internal teams and subsidiaries to refine processes and improve service delivery, reporting directly to the Customer Support Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- SLA Management: Ensure adherence to SLAs across subsidiaries, promoting timely service delivery and performance standards.
- Profitability: Partner with finance and operations teams to analyze and optimize Gross Profit margins while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce Quality procedures to uphold service excellence through regular audits and assessments.
- Operational Oversight: Facilitate communication among subsidiary teams to address operational challenges and streamline service delivery.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate performance reports on SLAs, Gross Profit metrics, and Quality compliance to drive efficiency improvements.
