The Role
As a Services Engagement Manager (SEM), you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our Quality Cloud customers by overseeing the value proposition and implementation efforts associated with Quality Cloud.
This critical position is essential for guaranteeing a successful implementation and is integral to the sales cycle and project delivery. You will serve as a solution expert, collaborating closely with the Veeva Sales and Services Teams.
Our ideal candidate possesses a strong passion for software implementation and a deep understanding of Life Sciences Quality Sales. You will be responsible for structuring appropriate solutions, managing expectations, and identifying project charters that include staffing, timelines, and costs. Key deliverables include RFx Responses, delivery of Proposals and Statements of Work (SOW), as well as recommending potential implementation partners and ensuring strategic alignment prior to project initiation.
This position is fully remote and permanent, requiring no specific location as long as you are near an airport to meet potential travel needs.
