What We Seek
We are looking for an individual to assist in managing all facets of Professional Services engagements. This includes overseeing engagement logistics, establishing prerequisites for both clients and Semperis consultants, and ensuring a clear understanding of project goals, objectives, and scope for successful delivery.
Your Responsibilities
- Risk Management – Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while developing contingency plans.
- Budget Management – Establish and monitor financial health of projects by creating estimates for hours and associated costs, ensuring alignment with initial budget amounts. Collaborate with the Finance team for accurate revenue recognition forecasting.
- Task Assignment – Distribute project tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clear expectations are set.
- Project Planning & Monitoring – Regularly review project progress, identify potential issues, and formulate corrective actions to guarantee timely and on-budget delivery.
- Quality Assurance – Ensure that projects meet quality standards and all tasks and deliverables are completed.
- Communication – Foster engagement with clients, team members, and stakeholders to ensure that project goals align with business objectives and manage expectations effectively.
- PSA Management – Utilize Semperis PSA toolset to build and manage projects, while assisting in the enhancement of workflows, financial forecasting, and reporting methods.
