Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Supervision & Leadership:
- Oversee and direct the activities of the restaurant team during your shift, ensuring operational excellence.
- Guarantee that all team members are performing their roles efficiently in line with KFC’s standards.
- Offer support and mentorship to staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Address staff-related matters such as scheduling, performance issues, and task assignments throughout your shift.
- Assist in onboarding and training new employees on their responsibilities and company protocols.
2. Customer Service & Satisfaction:
- Uphold exceptional customer service by supervising guest interactions, addressing complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Model exemplary customer service practices and maintain an inviting atmosphere in the restaurant.
- Respond to customer concerns or complaints swiftly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Ensure timely and accurate order delivery to all customers.
3. Operational Efficiency:
- Manage restaurant operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to standards.
- Monitor operational flow, deploying staff effectively to meet customer demand.
- Ensure food is prepared and served according to KFC’s high-quality and safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchens, and restrooms.
4. Inventory & Stock Management:
- Support inventory management efforts, ensuring sufficient supply levels while minimizing waste.
- Regularly assess stock levels during your shift and communicate any shortages to management.
- Ensure proper storage of products in compliance with health and safety regulations.
5. Health & Safety Compliance:
- Uphold compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations during your shift.
- Maintain food safety standards by ensuring food is prepared and served at optimal temperatures.
- Conduct regular cleanliness checks of the restaurant, including kitchens, dining areas, and restrooms.
- Perform safety inspections to provide a secure environment for both staff and customers.
6. Financial Accountability:
- Manage cash handling during the shift, including register operations, cash drops, and daily sales reporting.
- Monitor labor costs to ensure staffing aligns with customer traffic.
- Assist in managing cash flow and financial reporting as needed.
