To ensure a seamless collaboration among all employees in the Flink Store, we need YOU!
As a Shift Lead (m/w/d), your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing up to 30 employees during your shift and temporarily representing the Hub Manager.
Handling the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, as well as conducting employee evaluations in coordination with the Hub Manager.
Implementing, analyzing, and optimizing new processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Delegating tasks while actively participating in daily operations.
Being responsible for daily checks, inventory management, and the picking of goods.
Your Hub Manager will train you in personnel scheduling and management.
Monitoring compliance with quality and food hygiene regulations (following HACCP standards).
In this role, you will work closely alongside your Store Manager as their right hand and deputy.
