Maintain exceptional customer service during peak hours in a fast-paced environment.
Communicate effectively and positively with both management and team members.
Greet customers, take orders promptly and professionally, whether in person or via phone.
Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business.
Support shift management and communicate daily tasks effectively.
Oversee pre-closing tasks while upholding our food and service quality standards.
Handle cash management duties, including register count-downs and daily reports.
Follow procedures for food preparation, assembly, and presentation to ensure safety and quality.
Assist with inventory control and stock ordering as needed.
Foster customer loyalty through friendly interactions and prompt complaint resolution.
Cross-train team members and coordinate schedules for smooth operations.
Take initiative to complete additional tasks as needed.
Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to specifications.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of workstations and display cases.
