As a Shift Manager, you will lead shifts and ensure that our customers enjoy a fast, accurate, and friendly experience during every visit. You will provide leadership and support to crew members and fellow managers, focusing on delivering impeccable Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
Your responsibilities will include planning for each shift, monitoring team performance, ensuring compliance with McDonald’s standards, and overseeing safety, security, and profitability. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with the next Shift Manager to ensure seamless operations and help your assigned Departments achieve their goals.
