As a Shift Manager, you will oversee shifts, ensuring that every customer enjoys a fast, friendly, and accurate experience. Your leadership will guide the crew and fellow managers, maintaining our high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Daily responsibilities include planning shift operations, monitoring team performance, implementing safety and security protocols, and communicating effectively with subsequent shift managers to ensure seamless transitions. You will also work towards achieving departmental goals and profit targets.
