Key Responsibilities:
As a Shift Manager at Domino's, your primary responsibility will be to assist the General Manager in implementing operational standards within the restaurant. We seek adaptable, self-motivated individuals with a passion for customer service who thrive in a fast-paced and enjoyable work environment. Key tasks include pizza preparation, managing deliveries, handling nightly deposits, and completing necessary paperwork in the absence of the General Manager. You will also need to demonstrate cash management, people management, and time management skills.
Physical demands of the job may require you to work outdoors in varying temperatures, in noisy environments, and near moving mechanical parts. This role may also involve long hours, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
